2022-2023 Band Registration

What Happens At Band Registration?

Students and their adult(s) will move through various registration stations, and at the final station they will pay their student’s band fees.

If you need to make a payment arrangement for your band expense fees, please see Mr. Dayrit and he will give you an installment agreement to take with you to checkout.

Students and their adult(s) must visit each station before checking out.
  • Water and Gatorade Station: Turn in water/Gatorade to a BLT Member
  • Charms Station: Use the school devices or your personal device to update all your information on Charms and fill out online forms if you have not done this already.
  • Band Gear Station: Students will pick up their awesome band gear (Water Jugs, Blue Band T-Shirt, Red D Shirt, Black Dry-Fit Shirt, Drawstring Backpacks, Band Caps)
    **BLT will give students the gear that they need. Some students may already have certain gear.
  • Halftime Kickoff (HTKO): Students and their adult will pick up their HTKO fundraising event packet
  • Summer Lunches: Adults can sign their band member up and pay for summer band lunches (6 lunches for $45). This is a service the Boosters offer to make lunch easier for our students. Students receive a hot lunch such as Domino’s Pizza, Chick-fil-A, Firehouse Sub, etc., Fresh Fruit, Chips, and a dessert daily) Students who do not purchase summer lunches should bring their lunches to summer band each day. There will be a vegetarian option each day.
  • Booster Membership/Sponsorship Station: Adults find out how to join and volunteer with the Boosters
  • Merchandise Station: Get your band swag here
  • Checkout: Once you have been through all the stations and completed your checklist, you will proceed to the checkout station to pay your 2022-2023 band fees and for any other items you have purchased. We take cash, checks, or credit cards. Checks should be made out to DBDTBC.

2022-2023 Details

Date: Sunday, July 24, 2022
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM (see below for specific times)

Freshman registration: 1:00 – 2:00 PM
Sophomore registration: 2:00 – 2:30 PM
Junior registration: 2:30 – 3:00 PM
Senior registration: 3:00 – 3:30 PM

If you have children in different grades, you can bring them on the same day.
